Refund Policy

1.Where you purchased matters

How you request a refund depends on where you originally subscribed:

  • Web / Browser: Subscriptions purchased through the Nura website are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com.
  • iOS / Apple App Store: Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are handled entirely by Apple.

2.Apple App Store subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are managed and refunded by Apple in accordance with Apple's billing policies. We cannot process refunds for Apple subscriptions directly.

To request a refund from Apple:

  • Open the App Store, tap your profile picture, then tap Subscriptions to manage or cancel.
  • For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

3.Web subscriptions (Paddle)

Subscriptions purchased directly through the Nura website may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting support.

You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up the transaction using the email you used at checkout.
  • Email us at hello@nurafitness.com and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

4.Refund eligibility

Refund eligibility may vary depending on usage, subscription status, and platform provider terms. Paddle and Apple each apply their own eligibility criteria when reviewing refund requests.

5.Cancellation without a refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel without requesting a refund, you'll keep access to Nura Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again.

  • Web: Cancel from Settings → Manage billing.
  • iOS: Cancel through your Apple ID Subscriptions in the App Store or iOS Settings.

6.Free trial

New web subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial to avoid being charged. If you forget and are charged, you can still request a refund within 30 days under the policy above.
