1.Introduction

Nura is operated by Nura Fit Ltd ("Nura", "we", "us", or "our"), the legal entity you are contracting with when you use the service. By using our app and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Nura.

2.Description of service

Nura provides AI-generated fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance designed to help users improve their health and wellbeing.

Nura is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use Nura.

4.Health disclaimer

Nura provides general guidance only.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have any medical conditions.

You use Nura at your own risk.

5.User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the app responsibly
  • Not rely on Nura as a substitute for professional advice

6.Account & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details.

Nura is not responsible for unauthorised access due to your actions.

7.Data & storage

Your data is stored securely using cloud infrastructure provided by Lovable and other trusted service providers.

By using Nura, you consent to the storage and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.Payments & subscriptions

How you pay depends on the platform you use to subscribe:

  • Web / Browser: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for web purchases.
  • iOS / Apple App Store: Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are handled entirely by Apple. Apple is the Merchant of Record for App Store purchases, and all billing, cancellation, and refund requests must go through Apple.

General subscription terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed at the price and frequency shown at checkout.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. On web, cancel from Settings → Manage billing. On iOS, cancel through your Apple ID Subscriptions.
  • For web purchases, payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

9.Affiliate & promotional codes

Nura may operate affiliate or ambassador programs that provide promotional discount codes to creators, influencers, or partners. Discount offers may be limited to specific billing periods and are subject to change or removal at any time.

10.AI-generated content

Nura uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations.

These recommendations:

  • May not always be accurate
  • Should be used as guidance only

11.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nura is not liable for:

  • Injuries
  • Health issues
  • Losses resulting from use of the app

12.Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Nura if you violate these terms.

13.Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nura means you accept the updated Terms.
